Painter, drawer, poodle wrangler. Working from a tonalist perspective, she is mainly a landscape painter. “I am always trying to simplify and pare back the landscape. I often paint Plein Air in Gouache and use these studies as points to start my larger landscape works in the studio, using the studies for colour memory and simplifying the image.” Past finalist in Paddington, Mosman, Calleen, NSW Parliament Plein Air Art Prizes. Collected into the Kedumba Drawing Award in 2014.
